Sara B. Hart

Sara B. Hart is President of Hartcom, a management-consulting firm that specializes in facilitating personal and organization renewal, and developing leadership excellence. She also is the Executive Director of the Institute for Women and Technology (IWT). Sara's work focuses on the importance of developing a Thinking Environment™ in which we can all do our most creative and brilliant thinking.

Dr. Hart earned her Ph.D. at Northwestern University and then taught at Queens College in New York City before joining Pfizer Inc. During her 20 years at Pfizer, she was responsible for leadership, team, and organization development for the research division in the US. She also was head of HR at the research center in the UK. Sara is a knowledgeable speaker, certified coach, and an experienced consultant to organizations.
